It doesn't seem too powerfull for a police vessel, but maybe it's an old low-end criuser.

The siren graphic is cool. Itd make a tad more sense if the police ship was say a ronin/c with starting military id or something though.

it's meant to be a crappy old ship- It was just an attempt at an animated ship that seemed rather popular.
