This mod will allow you to play as a carrier. You can launch ships and control them as wingmen. You start off only being able to launch a few fighters but as you launch them and they kill enemies your skill grows so that you can control more. Launching fighters consumes fuel equal to 1000 times the fighter level. When you or your wingmen destroy ships that you can learn to launch you will scan the wreckage. After a certain number of scans (depending on the fighter level) you will gain the ability to launch that type of ship. There are some limitations. You do not get credit for your wingmen's kills, which also means that wingmen will not be able to help you get through the Rookie part of the Arena. could you make it so that you can choose how many ships to luanch rather than just one at a time?

If your MOD includes material from another MOD, and the downloader doesn't have it...
Avalon4: notece the "Game Version" field, Transcendence versions prior to the 1.0 release candidates don't have the cyclotron line of shields.

I got the mod to work now, however...
I find that, when entering a new system, it takes a while to "load" the area. This gets longer as I use the carrier ship, until it ultimately crashes the game. (Error: while loading universe).
There may be a problem with your code, since this is the only ship to have this problem happen.
I love the ship but...pretty much the same thing happened to me as Avalon, but it also crashed my '08 C++ redist. and also corrupted my save :3 other improvements you could make: a better starting fighter or better Hornets, thruster graphics and maybe a follow up mod to improve fighetr control maybe like UGwingmen but for this mod?
Yes, I have not been able to figure out what is causing the crashes. I have tried several different things and some have improved the situation, but none have totally corrected it. :(
I aggree with sdw195 and Dogma. Can You add some multi-launch or auto-launch function and something like UGwingmen for escorting targets ?
Plus i have also noticed that it says chaos: unable to save game when you want to save
