| The Aegis Reactor is a piece of alien tech from the planet Aegis, which was devasted during the Syrtis War. It is powered by the Aegis crystal, which is included. The crystal has a special ability rather like the longzhu sphere, to enhance weapons; however there is a trick to that. Do not have longzhu spheres in the cargo hold when you use an Aegis Crystal to enhance weapons. This tends to deplete both from the inventory. If you use the Aeis Crystal only, you can enhance a weapon as much as you want, just by clicking the "use" button. Do this, and notice your Crystal count. Well, enjoy the mod. Comments welcome. | |

Darth Saber, I see a little weird thing; the Aegis Crystal does not remove from the players hold after used, is this a bug or not? (I hope not, odd enough)

It is not exactly a bug; it is a result of using the Longzhu sphere as a template for the Aegis crystal. In some applications the Aegis crystal will disappear (i.e. used to repair or enhance weapons in RC 6). :-)
