Was wondering if anyone would ever mod a fuel refinery. Kewlness.

Could work, yes, it's an override of the fueldepot station, so you will get the fueldepot of 0.98c. (and I don't think there are major changes with 0.99c, however if many people are interested I could do an updated version)

Why override the fuel depot instead of just making a new station?
it's an old mod (2007), at the time I was a beginner modder. :P
The mod simply modify the dockscreen in order to add the "fuel refinery".
And yes, making a mod with graphics on it's own would be the best. :D
This also works with 1.0.4!
