This mod adds 7 new Oracus powers and 8 new usable "charms" to spawn them at will, including one for the classic "HARASS" attack found on all Penitent stations. Because the Order of Penitence wants to "promote forced human extinction," these attacks are extremely strong, excessively rare, and usable only once. In the future update, the charms may grant permanent, reusable powers. |
